Instead of sending users through static PDFs and scattered portals, the project creates a visual discovery workspace where the map, state details, and schemes all work together in one clear flow.

Built for Indian States
The core experience starts with an interactive India map. Users can explore states visually, hover to see active scheme counts, zoom and pan around smaller states, and select a state to reveal relevant programs. This makes the “click state → discover subsidies” workflow immediately understandable.
Core Product Features
The platform pairs the map with a dynamic state schemes list, allowing users to browse incentives by sector and search by scheme name, department, or keyword. Each program can surface key benefits, eligibility criteria, required documents, and official portal links in structured visual panels.
Application timeline steppers help explain the process from registration to verification and disbursement, turning complex policy information into a more guided experience.
Technical Stack
FindMySubsidy is built with TanStack Start, React 19, and TanStack Router for fast server-side rendering and routing. Tailwind CSS and Lightning CSS handle the styling system, while react-simple-maps and TopoJSON power the scalable India map.
Framer Motion adds smooth drawer slide-overs and list entry animations, Lucide icons support the interface, and Vite with Nitro prepares the app for serverless deployment on Vercel.

The project focuses on making dense government information easier to scan and act on. By combining a visual map, searchable data, and structured benefit panels, it gives users a modern way to understand what support may be available in their state.
